FLT Counterbalance Driver – Tray Wash Site (Bedford MK41)

Salary: £13.62 per hour

Hours:18:00-06:00, 4 ON / 4 OFF

Location: Bedford

Are you an experienced Forklift Driver with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence?

We are working with a market-leading logistics provider in reusable packaging solutions to recruit Counterbalance Drivers for their busy Bedford site.

Responsibilities:

• Operating FLT Counterbalance trucks to move and organise goods

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Maintaining accurate stock movement records

• Ensuring safety procedures and housekeeping standards are followed

• Supporting wider warehouse functions where needed

Requirements:

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence

• Minimum 12 months of warehouse/distribution experience

• Confidence in high-volume, fast-paced environments

• Must pass both a practical and theory assessment prior to start

• Attention to detail and team-oriented mindset
