Overview
Location: Bolton Office or Greater Manchester Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm – Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch) Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience.
Responsibilities
- Run own private caseload.
- Capability of undertaking a mix of Legal Aid and Private Family work in all areas.
- Ability to use CCMS and have a sound understanding of legal aid criteria.
- Willingness to conduct own advocacy.
- Travel to courts and other offices; candidate must have a car available for work use.
