Role: Family Law Secretary/Assistant – Private Law Location: Bolton Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch) Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience.

Job role
Working within a busy office with a friendly team of people, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:
- Providing full secretarial assistance to a solicitor
- Some audio typing but ability to work under instruction an advantage
- Arranging appointments and meetings
- Telephone contact with clients and outside agencies
- Diary management
- Database work

- Experience in private law at secretarial level
- Excellent typing ability
