They are now looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Order Processor. Are you looking for a role where you can make an impact with a company, that has the customer experience at the heart of everything they do?Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will champion customer engagement, to ensure you deliver a first-class customer experience. You will have many responsibilities, including interacting with customers to provide information in response to enquiries about products and services and to meet and exceed customer requirements, being the initial internal contact for supporting dedicated accounts throughout their customer journey. The core working hours are, Monday to Thursday, 8.15am-5.15pm with an earlier finish on a Friday.
