This is a great opportunity, working for a well-established company based on the outskirts of Chester as a Customer Service Advisor. As a Customer Service Advisor and key member of a well organised and highly motivated Operations team, you will provide support to the Service Team in a timely manner, in line with the company’s standard operating procedures and best practice.To apply for the Customer Service Advisor, it is essential you have proven recent customer service experience gained within a fast paced, payroll environment as well as strong communication skills. You will be a problem solver, have the ability to multi task and build strong working relationships with clients and customers. Monday-Friday. 37.5 hours per week. 8:30am-5:00pm / 9am-5:30pm.
