Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide accurate information regarding the services.
  • Assisting customers with service requests and resolving issues effectively.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Bank Holidays and some Saturdays are required based on the businesses needs. Benefits include on site parking, uniform and pension.
