The Administrator will support the company technology function running smoothly day to day, covering administration and departmental operations.
The Administrator will be highly organised and proactive and wanting to build a broader understanding of technology delivery.
As experience develops, there is scope to work across infrastructure, applications, cyber security, data, and change programmes.
To apply for the Administrator role, you should have administration experience, plus diary management and travel co-ordination skills, with a strong interest in technology, innovation, or business transformation.
Due to the location of the role, your own transport is essential.

The role will be working on a hybrid basis, with three days a week in the office.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Technology leadership team, including diary and meeting coordination.
- Maintain departmental records, documentation, operational trackers, and process documentation.
- Maintain records of supplier contracts, support agreements and renewal schedules, flagging key renewal dates in good time.
- Assist with hardware ordering, software licensing, and asset management, and support operational processes across infrastructure, applications, cyber security, and service management.
- Help co-ordinate internal technology communications and awareness activities.
- Coordinate UK and international travel: flights, rail, hotels, visas, and itineraries, optimising cost where possible and providing support during disruption.
- Maintain travel records and assist with expense administration.
- Raise purchase orders and track them through approval, invoicing, and payment.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials. Ensure reporting deadlines are met.
Essential skills and attributes
- Experience in an administrative, coordinator, or team support role.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Budget administration or supplier and contract management experience.
- Travel and event coordination skills.
- Interest in technology, innovation, or business transformation.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Sound financial administration and record-keeping.
- Confident with Microsoft 365 (Copilot, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable taking ownership, working independently, and dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- You must be able to pass a credit check and a DBS check.
