We are seeking a motivated and skilled Graphics Department Assistant to join our busy, fast-paced sign production team. The ideal candidate will have professional sign shop experience and be confident working with a wide range of design software and production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation, preparation, and production of signage and graphics.
  • Use industry-standard design software including Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, SketchUp, SignLab, and occasionally InDesign.
  • Operate large-format printers, laminators, and related finishing equipment.
  • Prepare accurate artwork, templates, and production files.
  • Produce clear drawings and illustrations that explain engineering concepts and installation methods.
  • Work to strict deadlines, adapting quickly to last-minute changes or urgent requests.
  • Collaborate with the graphics team to ensure high-quality output and smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous professional experience in a sign shop is essential.
  • Proficiency in the major design programs listed above.
  • Hands-on experience with large-format printing and laminating.
