Job Description

  • Burford, Oxfordshire
  • £26,000 to £28,000
  • 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Occasional Saturday (arranged with notice)

The Burford Recruitment Company is delighted to be working with a renowned luxury brand based in Burford, who are seeking an Operations/Sales Administrator to join their team.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the office and providing essential sales support to facilitate potential and confirmed orders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to basic sales inquiries via email, phone, and in person
  • Coordinate collections and deliveries with the warehouse
  • Arrange international imports and exports, including collection and delivery logistics
  • Handle documentation for customs import/export, ensuring compliance with relevant Brexit regulations (training provided)
  • Order and maintain stationery supplies
  • Perform filing and invoicing tasks
  • Monitor product levels on Sage and reorder stock as necessary
  • Oversee risk assessments for the showroom and warehouse
