This hands-on role is ideal for a practical and proactive individual with relevant experience working on a large estate or busy farm. Working alongside an exceptional team, you will contribute to the day-to-day upkeep of the estate and its commercial properties. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Estate Manager to ensure the smooth running of the estate and execute daily maintenance tasks. General estate upkeep, including property exterior maintenance, path and drive care, and waste management. Undertake minor repairs such as fixing light sockets, unblocking sinks, and basic carpentry and plumbing tasks. Assist the gardening team with routine tasks, such as mowing, weeding, and watering. Support with car cleaning and maintenance, including ensuring vehicles are fuelled and in top condition. Provide occasional driving duties and assistance with large deliveries. Promote and protect estate habitats, supporting the care of animals and endangered species.
