Responsibilities: Mow lawns around the garden and parkland to the highest standards. Apply fertilizers and lawn treatments. Maintain the tennis court. Mow and maintain grass verges. Conduct woodland works, including minor tree tasks. Produce compost and maintain the compost area. Perform pond and river maintenance. Clear snow and spread salt around the estate when necessary. Maintain drains and ditches. Maintain gardens of other properties in and around the estate. Maintain garden buildings, paths, walls, fences, and gates to appropriate standards. Ensure all machinery and equipment are clean, safe, and properly maintained. Provide logs and kindling to the main house and other estate properties.
