The Burford Recruitment Company is delighted to be working on behalf of a prestigious private estate seeking an experienced and capable Housekeeper to join their dedicated team. Reporting to the Head Housekeeper and House Manager your duties will include:
- Keeping the main residence and guest accommodation immaculate and welcoming at all times
- All aspects of housekeeping, laundry and ironing to a high standard
- Deep cleaning and routine cleaning
- Working as part of the housekeeping team and individually at times
- Following given instructions and house manuals
- Helping to receive and unload shopping weekly and replenish household supplies
Skills and attributes required:
- Previous private Housekeeping experience is essential
- Positive attitude, good manners and an understanding of a private household environment is key
- Ability to take instructions well and willing to learn and be proactive
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
