We're looking for a practical, reliable and proactive Facilities Caretaker to join a friendly and supportive team.

The Role As part of the Facilities Team, you'll help ensure the buildings, grounds and communal areas are safe, well maintained and operating efficiently.
From carrying out minor repairs to preparing meeting spaces, liaising with contractors and supporting health and safety compliance, you'll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include
- Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs across the site.
- Completing regular building inspections and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Coordinating maintenance requests and working with external contractors.
- Assisting with planned preventative maintenance programmes.
- Undertaking routine health and safety checks, including fire alarm testing, emergency lighting checks and other compliance activities.
- Supporting PAT testing (full training can be provided).
- Preparing meeting rooms, training areas and event spaces.
- Receiving deliveries and providing general operational support.
- Helping maintain attractive communal areas, including light gardening and general housekeeping tasks.
- Monitoring building services and reporting any faults or issues.
- Travelling to other nearby sites when required.
