Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a proactive sales strategy for private events, functions, and hospitality packages.
  • Build strong relationships with local businesses, event planners, and private clients.
  • Create tailored proposals and manage the sales process from initial enquiry to event delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, Food & Beverage team, and leadership to ensure seamless event execution and a consistently high-quality guest experience.
  • Identify and capitalise on new revenue streams in line with the club’s vision and brand.
