Based near Burford and working as part of a small creative team, this is a varied role supporting our client with scheduling, production, office management, and day-to-day operations. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping systems running efficiently and managing multiple projects at once.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, production schedules and key dates
  • Coordinate travel bookings and logistics
  • Liaise with suppliers, accountants and external partners
  • Support invoice processing, expenses and production cost tracking
  • Maintain office supplies, filing, archives and documentation
  • Assist with project management software, reports and planning
  • Organise shipping, couriers and production logistics
