The Burford Recruitment Company is working on behalf of our private client, a dynamic small business, to recruit an organised and proactive Administration Assistant / Office Coordinator. Based near Burford and working as part of a small creative team, this is a varied role supporting our client with scheduling, production, office management, and day-to-day operations. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping systems running efficiently and managing multiple projects at once.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars, production schedules and key dates
- Coordinate travel bookings and logistics
- Liaise with suppliers, accountants and external partners
- Support invoice processing, expenses and production cost tracking
- Maintain office supplies, filing, archives and documentation
- Assist with project management software, reports and planning
- Organise shipping, couriers and production logistics
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with external partners
- IT literate and comfortable learning new systems
