Our client is a fast-growing, innovative rural business, with impressive year-on-year growth. They are now seeking a proactive and creative Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to support and drive continued success.
The Role
- Overseeing the sales office and ensuring smooth order fulfilment (100+ parcels/day)
- Managing stock control, invoicing, and financial administration (VAT, wages, Xero reporting)
- Tracking sales performance using KPIs and analytics
- Leading digital marketing activity including SEO, social media, content and email campaigns
- Enhancing customer experience and managing online reputation
- Conducting market research and competitor monitoring
- Supporting brand development, events and trade activities
About You
- Excellent communication, organisation and creative skills
- Experience across digital marketing, social media and website/CMS management
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Amazon) desirable
- Confidence using CRM, Mailchimp and Meta tools
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A genuine interest in animals, countryside lifestyles and rural business
