Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage and develop our established Temporary and Contract Staffing desk.
The Opportunity
This is not a cold start desk.
The successful candidate will inherit a growing portfolio of active clients, regular bookings, existing temporary workers and ongoing vacancies.
The role offers an excellent platform for an experienced recruiter who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional service and growing revenue from an already successful foundation.
We are open to both full time and part time applications, provided the successful candidate is available across five working days each week.
This makes the role particularly suitable for experienced recruiters seeking flexibility around school hours or other commitments.
- Typical Assignments
- You will recruit a wide variety of temporary and contract staff, including:
- Private Chefs
- Housekeepers
- Housemen
- Gardeners
- Estate Workers
- Chauffeurs / Drivers
- Butlers and Hospitality Staff
- Seasonal & Event Staff
- Personal Assistants and Administrators
Assignments may range from a single day's cover through to long term contract placements lasting several months.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the Existing Desk
- Manage existing temporary bookings and client relationships
- Handle extensions, repeat bookings and ongoing staffing requirements
- Maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates
- Ensure the highest levels of service delivery

- Source, interview and register high calibre candidates
- Build and maintain a strong network of available temporary workers
- Write and manage job advertisements
- Conduct compliance checks, references and right to work verification

About You
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who enjoys the fast paced nature of temporary recruitment and thrives on building long term relationships.
You will ideally have
- At least two years' recruitment experience
- Previous experience managing temporary, contract or fast moving recruitment assignments
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- Commercial awareness and business development skills
- A professional and consultative approach
- A full UK driving licence
Experience within hospitality, events, facilities management, healthcare, commercial, or private household recruitment would be advantageous, although not essential.
