To support their explosive growth, they are looking for a data-driven and creative CRM Manager to take ownership of their retention and engagement strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a high-performing digital ecosystem within a fast-paced, premium DTC environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Ownership: Drive the daily implementation, execution, and strategy for all CRM channels, including Email, SMS, and their bespoke App/Loyalty program.
  • Campaign Lifecycle: Plan, build, and schedule campaigns that align seamlessly with a fast-moving product launch calendar and wider brand KPIs.
  • Automation & Journeys: Design, refine, and optimise automated workflows to maximise customer lifetime value, conversion, and retention.
  • Testing & Optimisation: Implement a rigorous A/B testing framework for subject lines, creative content, send times, and advanced audience segmentation.
  • Data & Compliance: Maintain excellent deliverability, list hygiene, and strict compliance with GDPR/PECR regulations.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with the Digital and Merchandising teams to align CRM schedules with stock availability and broader digital growth strategies.
  • Tech Stack Management: Oversee and maximise relationships with third-party apps and SaaS providers within the CRM ecosystem.
  • Insights & Reporting: Utilize internal Business Intelligence (BI) tools to build detailed customer profiles, reporting on channel performance to senior brand stakeholders.

What You'll Need

  • The Background: Proven experience in a dedicated CRM role, with a strong background in DTC Email & SMS marketing within the fashion or apparel industry.
  • The Tech: Hands-on experience with premium retail ESPs (ideally Klaviyo or Ometria). A working knowledge of HTML for email troubleshooting is highly advantageous.
  • The Mindset: A perfect balance of analytical mindset and creative flair. You should be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
