The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will lead and scale the graphic design department. You will partner with the Head of Creative to translate brand vision into scalable design systems, overseeing everything from seasonal campaigns to global web architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Act as the ultimate brand guardian; review and approve all graphic output and retouching to ensure "luxury-level" craft.
- Digital Innovation: Own the evolution of the website and digital design systems (UX/UI), ensuring a premium, high-performance user experience.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and develop a high-performing design team, fostering a culture of detail-oriented excellence.
- Omnichannel Execution: Oversee the delivery of all assets across email, social (TikTok-first mindset), wholesale, pop-ups, and press events.

The Profile
