This is a pivotal role for a "hands-on" leader who can navigate complex technical landscapes while maintaining the human touch that defines their brand culture.

The Role

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify blockers and drive mitigation strategies to safeguard project outcomes.
  • Capacity Planning: Maintain a realistic, forward-looking view of team capacity to ensure commitments are transparent and achievable.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Project Management, Product, and Engineering leads to align technical deliverables with business goals.
