About the role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working as part of the Operations team, this is a critical role at the centre of the Bureau’s financial set-up. You will lead the day-to-day financial management of the organisation’s income and expenditure across multiple projects. The Bureau is entering an exciting period of development, with a growing focus on building our direct audience and diversifying revenue streams. The Finance Manager will play a key role in strengthening the organisation’s long-term sustainability and resilience, while helping to deliver its strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all bookkeeping functions, payroll, accounts payable, and receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
- Oversee cashflow management and banking
