Are you passionate about connecting people with the support they need to thrive? The Bureau, in partnership with Glossop Primary Care Network, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Social Prescribing Link Worker to join our team on a maternity cover basis.
In this rewarding role, you’ll work alongside GP practices across Glossop to support patients whose health and wellbeing could be improved by connecting them to community groups, voluntary organisations, and local services. You’ll take a holistic, person‑centred approach – helping individuals identify their own goals and empowering them to take control of their health and lives.
