Current vacancies
Salary: £42,500 (£29,143 pro rata)
Hours: 24.5 hours/week
Location: Home-based or at the Trust’s office in Stirling, or hybrid between the Trust’s office in Stirling and home-working.
We’re looking for a strategic, impact driven leader to help shape the future of bumblebee conservation. Working closely with the CEO and Senior Management Team, this role will drive delivery of the Trust’s 2024–34 organisational strategy by leading our face to face Outreach Strategy, raising the profile of bumblebees nationwide, and securing the income needed to grow our outreach work sustainably. As Line Manager for the Outreach and Volunteering Manager and the Trust’s Designated Safeguarding Lead, you’ll oversee planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting.
Working across teams, you’ll help shape impactful resources, strengthen digital tools, and ensure the volunteer voice drives organisational change and development. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with proven experience in a leadership role to influence change and help more people and organisations become champions for bumblebees.
