The Bulmershe School is launching a Combined Cadet Force (CCF), and we're searching for an enthusiastic and organised School Staff Instructor (SSI) to bring it to life! There is scope to combine this role with the CCF School Staff Instructor post at Shiplake College to form a 3.5‑day‑per‑week position.
This isn't just a job; it's a chance to be the backbone of our CCF, ensuring every aspect runs smoothly. You'll be instrumental in planning dynamic training sessions, managing essential equipment, and supporting our cadets as they develop crucial life skills. If you thrive on getting stuck in and love organising activities, this is your opportunity to truly make a difference. Even if you have no prior CCF experience, we want to hear from you! Full training will be provided, and you'll receive unwavering support from the Contingent Commander and the wider CCF network.
