Are you a resilient, empathetic leader with a passion for re-engaging students and breaking down barriers to learning? The Bulmershe School is pleased to announce a new leadership opportunity. In this role, you will take the strategic and daily lead of The Studio, our new in-school Alternative Provision Hub, and coordinate our SIGNAL intervention programme. This isn’t just about managing behaviour; it is about creating a safe, structured and purposeful environment where students at risk of disengagement receive the targeted academic and social-emotional support they need to thrive.
From overseeing referrals and induction to designing personalised "school-ready" programmes, you will be the architect of successful reintegration for our most vulnerable learners. Working closely with our Lead Practitioner for Inclusion and the Senior Leadership Team, you will line manage a dedicated team of Lead Mentors and collaborate with external agencies like CAMHS and Early Help. We are looking for a specialist who understands the power of restorative practice and has the analytical skills to track student progress and refine our inclusion strategy.
If you are a proactive professional who believes that every child deserves a tailored pathway to success, this is your chance to shape a flagship provision from the ground up. Ready to make a lasting impact on our school community and lead the future of inclusion at Bulmershe?
