- Extra-Curricular Sport: Organise, lead and support competitive sports teams, school fixtures and enrichment activities to promote wide student participation.
- Student Progress: Inspire students of all abilities to achieve their full potential, fostering an academic culture of respect, responsibility and resilience.
- Department Collaboration: Work closely within a highly experienced team to share best practice, maintain high safety standards and contribute to curriculum development.
