Responsibilities

  • Set the culinary standard and maintain consistency across all dishes.
  • Lead a kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Manage orders with nominated suppliers, ensuring quality and cost control.
  • Monitor food waste, wages, and other costs to meet financial targets.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.
  • Stay calm under pressure and execute menus efficiently.
  • Collaborate with management to develop menus and specials.
