We are looking for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join our team here at The Bull. Since reopening in 2023, The Bull has become a firm favourite for locals and a destination venue for anyone visiting the Cotswolds, whether in autumn or winter in the cosy main buildings, or spring and summer in the beautiful garden and terrace. Through fantastic teamwork and a commitment to high standards, The Bull has gained recognition in the Michelin Guide, been annually placed in the Estrella Top 50 Gastropubs, and crowned Best UK Pub in the National Pub & Bar Awards in 2025. The venue is a busy and fast-paced twelve-month-a-year operation, encompassing a pub, restaurant, and 12-room hotel.
Salary: £13.50 per hour + Tips (Tips average up to £6 per hour) earn up to £19.50 per hour.

What you'll be doing as a Chef de Partie at The Bull:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
- Work across different sections of the kitchen, supporting the smooth running of service.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in your section.
- Assist with stock control and ensure all food is stored, labelled, and rotated according to food safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the timely delivery of food during service.
- Contribute to the development of new dishes and seasonal menus.
- Maintain excellent communication with the kitchen team to ensure an efficient, positive working environment.
About you, our new Chef de Partie:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- A passion for high-quality food, with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
