Position Overview
As Chef de Partie, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are paramount. With experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for food, you’ll take full responsibility for your section, delivering exceptional food service from start to finish.
You will oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy, working closely with the team to maintain high standards. Strong communication, time‑keeping and organisational skills are key as you collaborate with kitchen staff, front‑of‑house and management teams. You’ll work efficiently under pressure, preparing food items timely and maintaining a clean working station.

The Bull’s Head Inn is a Grade II listed building, dating back to the 15th century, located in the heart of Beaumaris, just a stone's throw from the World Heritage site Beaumaris Castle. The inn is within easy reach of local attractions, including the beach and boat cruises to Puffin Island.
