We're looking for a dynamic & charismatic Bar Supervisor to join our team.

Working closely with the Bar manager, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining the highest standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests.

  • Salary – £13.50 per hour + service charge

What you'll be doing a Bar Supervisor

  • Supervise the bar, oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service at pace, whilst maintaining high standards.
  • Inspire and supervise a team of bartenders, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Assist to develop and maintain an exciting drink menu, create a welcoming atmosphere and memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Monitor stock levels, keep track of stock usage and place orders when required.
  • Mentor and train bar staff to improve their skills and provide them with opportunities to grown within the company.
  • Work closely with the management team to implement new ideas that enhance the guest experience and drive business growth.

About you, our new Bar Supervisor

  • Proven experience as a bar supervisor or strong experience as a Head Bartender in a high-end high-volume venue.
  • Advantageous if you have previous experience in fine dining or high end restaurants
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage and develop a diverse team.
  • Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
