We are looking for a DGM/OPs Manager to join our multi-award-winning hotel. It is a leadership role rooted in stewardship. We’d like you to know the business intimately — from kitchen to rooms, from guest journey to back-of-house systems — and to lead by example.
You are expected to have a strong grasp of how the business works commercially — where value is created, where margins are won or lost, where costs leak and where stronger decisions can make a real difference. Budgeting, planning and commercial awareness are not separate from operations; they are part of running the place properly. This role helps shape the culture of the business every day.
