We’re looking for a personable, professional, and hands-on Supervisor to join our leadership team at The Bull Hotel. Our hotel has been newly refurbished, blending historic charm and character with modern comfort. We’re proud to be known for our personality, quality, and attention to detail, with five distinctive event spaces, a destination restaurant, and a cocktail bar that’s loved by both guests and locals.
This is a key role for someone who leads from the front, has a sharp eye for standards, and genuinely enjoys going the extra mile — for guests and for their team.
The role
- Oversee and run the restaurant service.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the team.
- Coaching, training, and helping the team grow and develop.
- Set, maintain, and demonstrate high service standards.
- Ensure strong product knowledge across food, drinks, and cocktails.
- Support hotel operations including guest check-ins.
- Handle cash and manage cash responsibilities.
