We are looking for positive and friendly individuals who will be available evenings and weekends. Due to the nature of the business, you must be able to work until 2am on function nights. As part of the busy Food & Beverage Team, you will be required to work in all areas: Meeting & Events, Bar Lounge, and Restaurant areas. This is not a full-time position; hours will be according to business needs.

- Providing a warm welcome and delivering excellent levels of service to our customers
- Assisting with the service delivery for weddings, events, and parties
- Helping our customers to enjoy their experience by using your knowledge of our products & services
- Being proactive in upselling all aspects of the department
- Ensuring your work area is well maintained and meets all health and safety regulations
- Working well with your other team members to ensure a smooth service and high team morale
- Attending training & completing e-learning modules to improve your skills and aid your development
