As a Sales and Events Manager, you will deliver pre‑booked targets and smooth organisation and running of events to exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in over‑achieving sales targets, promoting event spaces, and supporting the operational running of events. Experience in managing CRM systems and social media platforms is desirable. You will liaise with both the team and customers so excellent customer service is a must.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effectively executing the hotel’s sales and events strategy.
  • Delivering pre‑booked revenue and covers targets.
  • Driving additional business through proactive outbound sales activity.
