We are currently seeking a talented Sales and Events Coordinator. As a Sales and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery of pre‑booked targets and smooth organisation and running of the events to exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in over‑achieving sales targets, promoting events spaces and supporting the operational running of the events. Experience in managing CRM systems and social media platforms is desirable. You will be responsible for liaising with both the venue team and customer so excellent customer service is a must!

The main objectives for this role are:

  • Effectively execute venue pre-booked strategy.
  • Deliver pre-booked wedding, conference and travel trade revenue targets.
  • Drive additional business via local outbound activity.
  • Manage Collins, Rezcontrol, Atreemo & Tonic systems.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide performance report as required.
  • Investigate the market and identify key event opportunities to drive more business.
  • Boost conversion rate through quick and clear customer communication.
  • Create and support delivery of bespoke events across the year.
  • Provide excellent customer service both in person and via email/phone.
  • Communicate effectively with teams to ensure the successful delivery of bookings.
