New Year.. New Career. We are currently looking for a Sous Chef/CDP/Commi Chef for our Gastro Pub & Restaurant The Bull at Great Totham.
For this position you will need to be:
- enthusiastic & passionate about food & fresh produce
- willing to take up new challenges
- competent working with fresh ingredients
- have a proven track record of working in a professional kitchen
- have good communication skills and be a team player
You should be capable of working well under pressure and with great standards of cleanliness and food hygiene. We are looking for someone who demonstrates their love of food and who will share their knowledge with the team. You'll be running your own section & producing high quality fresh food. You'll also get the opportunity to present your dishes to the Head Chef and have them on our Menu.
