HR Coordinator (12-Month FTC - Maternity Cover) Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a varied and fast-paced role within a well-established organisation? We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join a busy People team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. This role offers the opportunity to provide proactive HR support across the employee lifecycle, working closely with managers and employees while ensuring a high-quality HR service. Please note - the interview process will involve a competency based interview, written test as well as a face to face interview. This may be over 2 stages. Key responsibilities include: * Managing contractual and payroll-related changes * Providing first-line HR advice on policies, procedures and employee queries * Supporting employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinaries and grievances * Coordinating family leave processes and occupational health referrals * Supporting recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition activities * Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with employment legislation * Contributing to HR projects, process improvements and diversity & inclusion initiatives About you: * Previous experience within an HR function * Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle * Experience providing HR advice to managers and employees * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail * Experience using HR systems and maintaining accurate records * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally * CIPD Level 5 or above desirable Package: * Salary: £34,793 per annum * Full-time, 36 hours per week * 12-month fixed-term contract * Hybrid working arrangement * Generous annual leave, pension and wellbeing benefits This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent service and contributing to a positive employee experience
