This organisation delivers complex design-and-build projects across sectors including food, pharmaceuticals, logistics, data centres and advanced manufacturing.
This is a hands-on recruitment role supporting both operational and corporate hiring.
The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with hiring managers, and contribute to workforce planning, employer brand activity, talent pipelining and continuous improvement across recruitment processes.
Duties: Manage end-to-end recruitment across construction, technical and corporate vacancies.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce plans and recruitment priorities.
