The Bukola Group is partnering with a well-established, values-led charity to recruit an experienced
Interim HR Business Partner (Change) to support the delivery of a significant organisational change programme.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in restructures, redundancies and consultation processes , who can confidently partner with senior leaders and managers to deliver fair, robust and legally compliant change.
You'll play a key role in guiding the organisation through change while balancing organisational objectives with employee experience, engagement and effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and managers to plan and deliver organisational change, including restructures, redundancies and transformation programmes .
- Provide expert advice on change management, employee relations and consultation processes.
- Develop and support effective consultation strategies, ensuring employees and representatives are meaningfully engaged throughout the process.
- Produce change documentation including business cases, letters, FAQs, guidance and communication materials.
- Coach managers through complex and sensitive change and employee relations matters.
- Provide insight and constructive challenge around employment risk and complex ER decisions.
- Support communication and engagement activity to ensure change is delivered clearly, consistently and transparently.
- Analyse workforce data and provide meaningful insight to inform decision-making and change strategies.
- Coach and develop managers to strengthen their change leadership and wider people management capability.
About You
We're looking for an experienced HR professional who can demonstrate
- Significant experience leading the HR element of organisational change , particularly restructures and redundancies.
- Strong experience delivering employee consultation processes from end to end.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and current HR best practice.
- Extensive ER case management experience, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability and attendance matters.
- The confidence and credibility to partner with, advise and constructively challenge senior stakeholders.
- Experience coaching managers through complex people matters and organisational change.
- Strong project management, communication and organisational skills.
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent demonstrable knowledge and experience.
- The ability to travel regularly across the organisation's operating region, with access to appropriate transport.
Desirable
- Previous experience within the charity, not-for-profit or voluntary sector .
- Experience working within complex, values-led organisations undergoing significant change.
