HR Business Partner (Change) Interim | Charity / Not-for-Profit Organisation Lead and Deliver Meaningful Organisational Change The Bukola Group is partnering with a well-established, values-led charity to recruit an experienced Interim HR Business Partner (Change) to support the delivery of a significant organisational change programme. This is a hands-on role for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in restructures, redundancies and consultation processes , who can confidently partner with senior leaders and managers to deliver fair, robust and legally compliant change. You'll play a key role in guiding the organisation through change while balancing organisational objectives with employee experience, engagement and effective risk management.
