Overview
Join our team as a Staffing Coordinator with a focus on recruiting and staffing for our Janitorial division. If you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in the full-cycle recruiting process, this is the perfect role for you! In this position, you will work closely with our HR team to manage requisitions, post jobs to various platforms, and track the entire hiring process. You will be responsible for managing all onboarding tasks, including processing new employee paperwork and maintaining confidential records.
Responsibilities
- Manage requisitions and post jobs on our career page and external job boards.
- Track the hiring process and update the management team on progress.
- Manage new hire onboarding, including processing paperwork and electronic documents.
- Conduct and review background checks and administer drug tests.
- Conduct new employee orientations.
- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company and legal standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for all admin concerns with local leaders.
- Provide direction and guidance to employees regarding Dayforce assistance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, staffing, and onboarding.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Experience with an HRIS, particularly Dayforce, is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and apply common sense to solve day-to-day problems.
