Health and safety experience. Job Role At this important stage of its development, the company requires an influential Technical Manager to work closely with the Managing Director to maintain and develop the Technical and Quality Department. Leadership ability, strong interpersonal and teambuilding skills, powers of persuasion and a practical, hands on self-motivated approach, and the ability to facilitate change and drive multiple initiatives, will be weighted as highly as technical competence. Priority areas of responsibility will include the following: 1. Maintaining current accreditations BRC and customer specific. 2.Day to day management of GMP and quality. 3.Communication with customers and suppliers regarding product development and specifications. 4.
