Overview of Job:
Deliver an effective customer orientated reception service to all tenants, visitors and groups, providing the highest possible standards of customer service.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1.To provide a welcoming, professional reception service, effectively dealing with face to face, telephone and email enquiries. Working effectively as a team member, sharing information and supporting colleagues, in the delivery of all aspects of the reception role, including taking bookings.
2.To ensure that monitoring and recording systems are used both computer based and manually to share information and support service delivery, track customer activities and providing statistical information for monitoring key for future development. This will include cash handling and the use of amerchant terminal.
3.To actively promote the centre and the services / facilities that it offers via a number of channels, in line with the centres marketing strategy.
4.To support the wider team ensuring that hireable space is prepared and cleared in line with daily requirements, including the setting out and clearing/cleaning of rooms/space.
5.Ensure that the presentation of the reception and communal areas are excellent at all times including the car park and Bin store. In particular ensuring that daily Building checks are completed and that all equipment and facilities are being used in a safe and effective way with requirements being documented with urgent actions being reported to the line manager.
6.To support the day to day Health and Safety checks and monitoring at the Braunstone Grove, including the testing and checking of alarms, Emergency lighting, Water temperatures, clear routes of exits and entrances and any other statutory requirements in place. To report all issues as they occur to the Centre Manager.
7.To undertake personal development in the role from personal and professional purposes
