The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Required for September 2026. Main or Upper Pay Scale (including the London Fringe Allowance) plus TLR 1(c) £17,215. Part-time hours considered for suitable candidate. What are we looking for?
- An enthusiastic and committed SENCO who will lead a team of Welfare and Learning Support Assistants dedicated to developing the potential and meeting the specific learning needs of pupils across the whole age and ability range.
- A committed individual who wishes to add to the success of the Welfare and Learning Support department by researching and implementing their own ideas and strategies.
- This post would suit an ambitious teacher who has considerable experience of working with Special Educational Needs or as a SENCO.

In accordance with the school's admissions criteria, children of staff at the school are eligible to be allocated a place under this criterion where the member of staff is recruited under a contract of employment to fill a vacant post for which there is a demonstrable skill shortage. Situated just north of the M25 close to the train station with a fast service to London and Cambridge. The school was recently awarded the Emotional and Mental Wellbeing in Schools Mark, evidencing our commitment to supporting emotional wellbeing, resilience and kindness across our school community.
