The Broughton in Balterley, near Crewe, is looking for a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team and maintain high standards across breakfasts, lunches, dinners and roasts. You’ll support the Head Chef, run shifts, and help the brigade grow their skills in a vibrant, people-focused venue.
We offer an hourly rate up to £14.50 with KPI bonuses and a service charge, plus a clear path to Senior Sous and Head Chef. This is a part-time role (32 hours per week) with regular, predictable hours.
