The Brooke in London is seeking a Senior Supporter Development Officer (Trading & Gaming) to lead the development and delivery of our online Trading (Shop), Regular Giving and Lottery programmes. You will create supporter-centric journeys to increase engagement, retention and income, and drive data-informed improvements.

You will work with cross-functional teams to grow the Trading portfolio and transform the Brooke Shop into a year-round engagement and income channel, delivering stewardship.
