The Bromfords School in Wickford is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant who is energetic, resilient and passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential. You will support pupils in lessons, encourage positive study habits and assist with behaviour and pastoral care to promote a safe learning environment.
