Responsibilities
- Manage the administration of external examinations in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) regulations.
- Ensure the integrity and security of examinations and assessments at all times.
- Support the Headteacher/CEO in preventing malpractice before, during and after examinations.
- Recruit and line‑manage the invigilation team.
- Support the school’s data management processes and produce accurate and timely data analysis.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong understanding of JCQ regulations and exam board procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with students, staff and parents.
- Experience of managing internal and external examinations in an educational setting.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Experience with educational MIS systems (e.g. Arbor, Bromcom, SIMS).
- Experience managing staff.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
