As our portfolio grows, we are seeking an experienced Retired Solicitor to join us in a flexible consultancy role. This position is ideal for a retired legal professional who still enjoys using their expertise but prefers a less pressured, more flexible working arrangement.
The Role:
- Provide expert legal review and oversight of our discretionary trust templates and associated documentation.
- Advise on updates to trust structures, ensuring ongoing legal compliance and best practice.
- Offer ad hoc consultancy on complex client cases (optional and based on availability).
- Collaborate with our in-house team to maintain high standards in client service and legal integrity.
Who We’re Looking For:
