Role: People Systems and Data Advisor
Department: People and Culture
Hours: 41 hours per week (including one hour paid lunch break). We work in a hybrid way and are open to flexible working patterns.
Fixed term: 12-month fixed term contract with potential to extend

About the role:
This is a newly created role within the People and Culture team providing essential support as we move through a project to review and procure a best-in-class HR and recruitment systems (HRIS).
Working with our Systems and Payroll Manager, you will be the technical contact for the current HRIS, responsible for maintaining our processes to ensure data integrity. You will also take the lead on data reporting and support us move to a place where we are using data to inform our people-focused decisions.
Working with the Head of People Transformation and colleagues across the Museum, you will play a vital role in the HRIS project team, working to identify where technologies and tools can best support improvement in our HRIS processes.

Key areas of responsibility:
- Be the technical expert for the HRIS providing support and coaching to colleagues and new users, reporting any required fixes, testing and support continuous development of the HRIS.
- Ensure data integrity through the use and creation of validation reports to identify and correct issues, errors and anomalies in relation to post, employee, pay and reporting lines.
- Cleanse, prepare and analyse people related data to support the production of the People Management Reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Provide project support with the delivery of the HRIS project, including but not limited to the design, procurement and implementation of a modern and future-focussed HRIS.
